A dye box and a drying box are arranged, the gauze enters the dye box containing the antifouling coating under the action of traction wheels, a liquid left on the gauze is squeezed by a first guide wheel and a second guide wheel, air in a heating chamber is heated to a high-temperature state by a heating plate, fans produce wind force and downwards blow hot air into the drying box, the gauze can make contact with hot air for a longer time under the guidance of multiple guide wheels, so that the good drying effect is improved, the waiting time of the gauze during processing is greatly shortened, and the working efficiency is effectively improved.
本发明公开了一种防污纱网及生产装置，具体涉及防污纱网技术领域，包括支撑底板，所述纱网包括有经丝及纬丝，所述经丝、纬丝纵横交错编制而成，所述经丝、纬丝的外部涂抹有防污涂层。本发明通过设置了染料箱及干燥箱，纱网在牵引轮的作用下，进入到盛放有防污涂料的染料箱，利用第一导向轮和第二导向轮挤压掉纱网上残留的液体，加热盘将加热室内部的空气加热成高温状态，风扇产生风力，将热空气向下吹送到干燥箱内，经过多组引导轮的导引，使得纱网的能够与热空气接触的时间更长，从而提高了良好的干燥效果，大大缩短了纱网在加工时所需要等待的时间，有效的提高了工作效率。
