本发明公开了一种防污纱网及生产装置,具体涉及防污纱网技术领域,包括支撑底板,所述纱网包括有经丝及纬丝,所述经丝、纬丝纵横交错编制而成,所述经丝、纬丝的外部涂抹有防污涂层。本发明通过设置了染料箱及干燥箱,纱网在牵引轮的作用下,进入到盛放有防污涂料的染料箱,利用第一导向轮和第二导向轮挤压掉纱网上残留的液体,加热盘将加热室内部的空气加热成高温状态,风扇产生风力,将热空气向下吹送到干燥箱内,经过多组引导轮的导引,使得纱网的能够与热空气接触的时间更长,从而提高了良好的干燥效果,大大缩短了纱网在加工时所需要等待的时间,有效的提高了工作效率。
