The invention provides an elastic base plate with a three-dimensional multidirectional reinforcement body. The elastic base plate comprises a three-dimensional multidirectional reinforcement body anda filling matrix, the three-dimensional multidirectional reinforcement body is wrapped in the filling matrix, the three-dimensional multidirectional reinforcement body comprises reinforcing layers andreinforcing ribs, each reinforcing layer is a plane multidirectional reinforcing layer, the reinforcing ribs are arranged on the reinforcing layers, the extending direction of the reinforcing ribs intersects with the plane where the reinforcing layers are located, the plane multidirectional reinforcing layers are used for transversely reinforcing the elastic base plate, and the reinforcing ribs are used for vertically reinforcing the elastic base plate; at least two reinforcing layers are arranged, several reinforcing ribs are arranged, and are positioned between the adjacent reinforcing layers, two ends of each reinforcing rib are respectively connected with the adjacent reinforcing layers, the reinforcing layers and the reinforcing ribs are formed by weaving reinforcing fibers, and large gaps are formed among the reinforcing fibers, so that the ductility of the woven reinforcing layers is far better than that of a reinforcing layer formed by common warp and weft weave, the woven reinforcing layers can stretch and retract along with the filling matrix within a certain range, meanwhile, the stretching and retracting range of the filling matrix is limited, and separation layering or fiber breakage is not prone to happening.
