The rail stone construction equipment comprises a construction vehicle and a scraping plate. According to the rail stone construction equipment, a scraping block is controlled to extend out by adjusting the rotating angles of a third connecting rod and a front arm frame, so that stones which are not scraped by the scraping plate on the lower side of a rail are scraped to be flat. Compared with the method in the background, the method is simple to operate; and it isunnecessary to specially hoist scraping strips, rotate the scraping strips by 90 degrees and then insert the scraping strips into the lower sides of two rails to scrape off stones which are not scraped by the scraping plate on the lower sides of the rails. According to the invention, a slider-crank mechanism is designed; on the one hand, it is guaranteed that the third connecting rod and the front arm frame can swing within a small range in the specified scraping plate working angle switching process; and on the other hand, when the third connecting rod and the front arm frame swing within alarge range, a transmission mechanism on the scraping plate does not interfere with or be damaged, and reciprocating motion of the sliding block, namely, reciprocating motion of the scraping block, occurs.
