Frost heave and thaw settlement treatment method for existing line soil roadbed
The invention discloses a frost heave and thaw settlement treatment method for an existing line soil roadbed. The method comprises the following steps: (1) measuring the roadbed soil moisture contentof an existing line, and determining the line roadbed frost heaving rate and frost heaving depth; (2) calculating the evaporation capacity required by the roadbed of the line; (3) determining the number of required ventilation pipes, the longitudinal spacing of the ventilation pipes, the arrangement mode and the minimum burying depth according to the evaporation capacity calculated in step (2) andthe evaporation capacity measured by each ventilation pipe, wherein two ends of each ventilation pipe are provided with two ports with different ventilation calibers, at least one unpowered fan is installed in each ventilation pipe, and the ventilation pipes are densely provided with drying holes communicated with the outside and the inside of the ventilation pipes; and (4) installing the ventilation pipes according to the results of step (3). The air flowing speeds in the ventilation pipes are increased, unsaturated moisture in soil particles around the outer walls of the ventilation pipes is brought out through airflow flowing at a high speed, and the moisture content in the soil particles is reduced.
本发明公开了一种既有线土质路基冻胀融沉治理方法,包括如下步骤:(1)对既有线路的路基土质含水率进行测定,确定线路路基冻胀率和冻胀深度;(2)计算线路路基所需要的蒸发量;(3)根据步骤(2)计算得到的蒸发量以及通风管单管测定的蒸发能力确定所需通风管的数量、通风管纵向间距、排布方式和最小埋设深度;其中,所述通风管在两端具有通风口径不一致的两个端口,所述通风管内安装有至少一个无动力风机,所述通风管密布设置有连通所述通风管的外部和内部的干燥孔;(4)根据步骤(3)的结果安装所述通风管。本发明提高了通风管内空气流动速度,高速流动的气流将通风管外壁周边土壤颗粒中的未饱和水分带出,降低了土壤颗粒中的含水率。
