The invention discloses a highway reconstruction and extension assembly type roadbed structure and a construction method thereof. Vertical row pile bodies are buried in the roadbed extension direction. The lower ends of the row pile bodies extend into a foundation. The row pile bodies comprise a first pile body, and the first pile body is arranged below an embankment shoulder of an original embankment. At least one group of second pile bodies are embedded in the side, close to the roadbed extension direction, of the first pile body. The first pile body and the second pile bodies are the same in structure, and each pipe body comprise a prefabricated circular pipe pile. A composite mortar layer is arranged outside each prefabricated circular pipe pile. A bearing beam is arranged at the top of the first pile body, the top of the bearing beam and the tops of the second pile bodies are located at the same horizontal height, a bent cap is laid on the upper surface of the bearing beam and theupper surfaces of the second pile bodies, the top of the bent cap is connected with a hollow bridge deck through a bolt sleeve structure, and a widened pavement is arranged at the top of the bridge deck. The self-weight of the upper structure is reduced, the occupied area is small, land resources are saved, assembly, structuralization and industrial production are facilitated, the field technicaldifficulty is reduced, and the roadbed structure is environmentally friendly and low in cost.
本发明公开了一种公路改扩建装配式路基结构及其施工方法,沿路基扩建方向埋置有竖直的联排桩体,联排桩体的下端伸入地基内,联排桩体包括第一桩体,第一桩体设于原路堤的路肩下方,第一桩体靠近路基扩建方向的一侧至少埋置有一组第二桩体,第一桩体、第二桩体的结构相同,均包括预制圆形管桩,预制圆形管桩外部设有复合砂浆层,第一桩体顶部设有垫梁,垫梁顶部与第二桩体顶部位于同一水平高度,垫梁上表面与第二桩体上表面铺设有盖梁,盖梁顶部通过栓套结构与空心的桥面板连接,桥面板顶部设有加宽路面。本发明减轻了上部结构的自重,占地面积小,节约土地资源,便于装配化、结构化、工业化生产,降低现场技术难度,绿色环保,成本低。
