The invention discloses a self-filling asphalt roll paving machine. The machine comprises a vehicle body, a conveying device, a dispensing device and a paving device, the conveying device is fixed above the vehicle body through hydraulic supporting rods on the two sides and in the middle, the conveying device is divided into left and right sides through a middle partition plate, the dispensing device is connected with an upper vehicle roof through a connecting rod and is fixed in front of the conveying device, the dispensing device is composed of two supporting devices capable of rotating around fixing shafts of the dispensing device, the paving device is fixed to the vehicle body through supporting wheels located on the lower portion and supporting shafts, and is positioned under the dispensing device, and the paving device is mainly composed of two box bodies capable of rotating around the supporting shafts. Asphalt rolls are conveyed through the conveying device, two asphalt rolls are fed into the paving device through the dispensing device every time, the paving device unfold and fold the asphalt rolls, all the devices are matched with one another, the two asphalt roll can be paved at the same time, and filling of the asphalt rolls can be automatically completed, so the construction efficiency of the asphalt rolls is improved.
本发明公开了一种自装填沥青卷材铺设机，包括车体、传送装置、投放装置、铺设装置，所述传送装置通过两侧及中间液压支撑杆固定在车体上方，且传送装置通过中间分隔板分为左右两侧，所述投放装置通过连接杆与上方车顶相连接且固定于传送装置的前方，投放装置由两个可绕其固定轴转动的托放装置所构成，所述铺设装置通过位于下方的支撑轮及支撑轴固定于车体上，且位于投放装置的正下方，铺设装置主要由两个可绕其支撑轴旋转的箱体所构成，本发明通过传送装置传送沥青卷材，投放装置每次向铺设装置中投放两卷沥青卷材，铺设装置展开闭合，各装置之间互相配合，可同时铺设两卷沥青卷材，且可以自动完成沥青卷材的装填，提高了沥青卷材的施工效率。
