The equipment is characterized in that a movable plate and a second driving mechanism are arranged, teeth are arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the movable plate so that the teeth meshed with first gears on the upper side and the lower side, and the second driving mechanism can work to drive the movable plate to move so as to achieve the up-down movement of the movable plate, in this way, a filter box can be driven to enter water so that garbage in the water can be fished away through the filter box, and meanwhile the water can be filtered out through the filter box, thereby achieving a good fishing effect, and therefore treatment effects on the black and odorous rivers can be achieved; and through arranging a moving mechanism which is arranged on the movable plate, the movable plate can move to drive the moving mechanism to move, then the movingmechanism can be moved into the water, and the moving mechanism works to drive the filter box to enter the water, thereby achieving a good salvaging effect.
