The ship-borne water surface garbage recovering device comprises a ship-borne main frame, a supporting arm, a stress-bearing rotating arm, a tacked fixing plate, a recovery bearing frame, a closing plate, a nylon net, a bow return hook, a stern return hook and a nylon rope, wherein the ship-borne main frame is horizontally arranged, the supporting arm is perpendicularly arranged on the ship-borne main frame, a sliding wheel is arranged at the top end of the supporting arm, the recovery bearing frame is connected withthe ship-borne main frame through the stress-bearing rotating arm, the bow return hook is arranged on the stress-bearing rotating arm, the stern return hook is arranged at the other end of the ship-borne main frame, one end of the nylon rope is fixed on the bow return hook, and the other end of the nylon rope is fixed on the stern return hook through the sliding wheel. The ship-borne water surface garbage recovering device can be used in both rivers and lakes, is not limited by the water depth, is not influenced by the size of a construction ship, and has wide application range; and floatinggarbage on the water surface is collected by using the ship-borne water surface garbage recovering device, so that the adoption of workers is reduced, manpower and material resources are saved, and the clearing time is effectively shortened.
