The invention discloses an automatic water garbage collecting ship. A transition cavity, a filter slot and a collecting slot are formed in a box body; a first transmission device and a second transmission device are arranged in the box body for controlling collection and transfer of garbage in the filter slot; and in a garbage material liquid separating process, a filter screen curtain on a filterplate in the filter slot is used for blocking subsequently collected garbage into the transition cavity, so that garbage is prevented from entering to affect follow-up work.
