The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a PHS hollow square pile concrete pile core supporting plate component. The method comprises the following steps that the radius of the supporting plate component is determined, particularly, according to the pile inner diameter, the size of the supporting plate component is determined, the square pile inner diameter deviation is considered, and the supporting plate machining size is 30mm smaller than the theory inner diameter; a DN200PVC pipe is adopted as a die, wherein the height of the die is 40mm; and four reinforcing steel bar wastes withthe diameter of 6mm are placed in a die plate in a crossed mode, and vertical reinforcing steel bars with the length of 300mm perpendicular to the supporting plate component are placed to be conveniently connected with a pile core steel reinforcement cage. A construction method of the supporting plate at the bottom of the PHS hollow square pile core steel reinforcement cage is improved, a formingdie of a prefabricated component can be a common die plate, manufacturing of reinforcing steel bars and pouring of concrete on site are quite convenient, prefabricated blocks can be quickly and massively manufactured, and the method is easy and convenient to operate, saves materials and time and greatly improves the economic benefit brought by construction of PHS hollow square pile concrete.
本发明公开了一种PHS空心方桩混凝土桩芯托板构件的制作方法,包括以下步骤,确定托板构件的半径:根据桩内径大小,确定托板构件的尺寸,考虑方桩内径偏差,托板加工尺寸比理论内径尺寸‑30㎜,采用DN200PVC管作为模具,模具的高度为40mm,在模板内交叉放置4根直径6mm的钢筋废料,并放置长度300mm的垂直于托板构件的竖向钢筋,便于和桩芯钢筋笼连接。本发明对PHS空心方桩桩芯钢筋笼底部托板的施工方法进行了改进,预制构件的成型模具为普通模板即可,且现场制作钢筋及浇筑混凝土极为方便,可以迅速、大批量的制作预制块,此方法操作简便、节省材料节省时间,极大的提高了施工PHS空心方桩混凝土所带来的经济效益。
