Reinforced concrete precast pile forming system and construction method
The invention provides a reinforced concrete precast pile forming system and a construction method. The reinforced concrete precast pile forming system comprises a pile driving hammer, a power head and a reinforced concrete pile. The pile driving hammer is arranged at the upper end of a pile driver to form a vertical piling mechanism. The pile driving hammer can be in contact with the upper end ofthe reinforced concrete pile. The power head is arranged on a piling platform and is located below the vertical piling mechanism. A lifting cylinder is arranged between the power head and a pile machine platform. A hydraulic holding device is arranged in the power head and can clamp the reinforced concrete pile. The power head drives the reinforced concrete pile to rotate up and down at the sametime. The reinforced concrete precast pile forming system and the construction method have the advantages that the outer surface of the pile is designed to form a shape of a screw, the pile is rotatedand sunk into the soil according to the thread shape, so that the pile is completely combined with the soil body, undisturbed soil is not damaged, the friction stress of the circumference of the pileand the soil body is changed into shear stress borne by the soil body, and the friction force of the circumference of the pile is improved by geometric multiples.
