The invention relates to a novel fastening device of a cast-in-place pile concrete pouring guide pipe. The novel fastening device is characterized in that the novel fastening device comprises a quadrilateral frame formed by welding box iron, ribbed steel bars, fixed steel plates, rotating rods and holed blocks; the multiple ribbed steel bars are arranged in the middle of the quadrilateral frame; the two ends of each ribbed steel bar are welded to the long sides of the quadrilateral frame; the two fixed steel plates are rotationally arranged on the long sides through the rotating rods; the guide pipe is fixed in the fixed steel plates; the rotating rods penetrate into the holed blocks to be welded together with the fixed steel plates; and the holed blocks are arranged on box iron grooves. According to the novel fastening device, operation is simple and convenient, a good fastening effect is achieved, the construction quality of cast-in-place piles is improved, and the quality problems such as pile breaking are avoided.
