The invention discloses a safe pile cutting method for a foundation pit with retaining supporting piles. A bidirectional support is adopted and is trapezoid and has three stress surfaces. Two of the stress surfaces are used for locking steel strands penetrating through the support in the tangential direction of the two sides of the supporting piles, reinforcing anchor cables evenly bear force, andtherefore the waist rail force transmission link is omitted, the prestress damage problem caused by deformation of waist rails does not exist, and the deformation of the foundation pit is better controlled. Another stress surface transmits resultant force of the steel strands to the supporting piles. Since the three surfaces are all pressure-bearing surfaces, the stress conditions are good. The bidirectional support is closely combined with the supporting piles, all the supporting piles evenly bear force, the locking force of the anchor cables is directly transmitted to slope piles and has nothing to do with the positioning deviation of the supporting piles, and the deformation is well controlled.
