The recyclable quick-anchoring anchor rod comprises an anchor rod body; the anchor rod body, from topto bottom, is sequentially sleeved with a fixed ring, a sliding inner ring, a sliding outer ring and a protecting head; the upper end of the anchor rod body is provided with a guide head; the fixed ring is fixed to the anchor rod body; the sliding outer ring is fixedly connected with the protecting head; the protecting head is provided with a steel cable; and the sliding inner ring, the sliding outer ring and the protecting head slide up and down along the anchor rod body under the driving of the steel cable. The recyclable quick-anchoring anchor rod can realize quick recycling of the anchorrod body, can be used repeatedly, achieves higher use efficiency, also effectively lowers the cost and is more convenient to use for a long time.
