A later drainage device suitable for a building foundation pile aims at solving the technical problems that a foundation pile in the prior art is not provided with a corresponding later drainage device after installation is completed, steel parts in the foundation pile are prone to rusting corrosion in an environment with high humidity when the water content of a soil layer where the foundation pile is located is high, and consequently the long-term service life of the foundation pile is influenced, or, when the water permeability of the soil layer where the foundation pile is located is high,a large amount of moisture deposits in the soil layer in contact with the lower end face of the foundation pile, the soil layer can generate too large deformation after being disturbed, and consequently the stability of the foundation pile is influenced. The later drainage device comprises a water collecting layer with the water content being always lower than that of the soil layer near the foundation pile, the water collecting layer is arranged in a water collecting cavity, an installation chamber is arranged below the water collecting layer, squeezing components driving the water collecting layer to move close to the top wall of the water collecting cavity are installed in the installation chamber, liquid in the water collecting layer can flow into a water collecting well on the bottomface of the installation chamber through drainage holes in the squeezing components, and liquid in the water collecting well is driven through a drainage component to flow into a liquid storage box on the ground surface.
一种适用于建筑基桩的后排水装置,旨在解决现有技术中基桩安设完成后没有相应的排水装置,当基桩所在土层含水量较高时,基桩中的钢制件在湿度较高的环境中容易产生锈蚀,进而影响基桩的长期使用寿命,或者,当基桩所在土层透水性较高时,大量水分沉积在与基桩下端面接触的土层中,该土层受扰动后可能会产生过大变形,进而影响基桩的稳定性的技术问题。本发明包括含水量始终低于基桩附近土层的含水量的集水层,集水层设置在集水腔中,集水层下方设有安装室,安装室中装有驱动集水层贴近集水腔的顶壁运动的挤压构件,集水层中的液体可经挤压构件上的排水孔流入安装室底面上的集水井中,集水井中的液体经排水构件驱动流入地表上方的储液箱中。
