The invention relates to a waterproof construction method for a frame column in reverse construction. The waterproof construction method comprises the following steps that earth cutting is carried outto the elevation, and the frame column is placed in a predetermined position below the foundation; a flexible waterproof material is disposed on the outer surface of the frame column and extends below the foundation; a stainless steel ring device is arranged at the cross-contact position of the frame column and the foundation; and a reinforced concrete bottom plate surrounding the frame column isarranged on the upper portion of the foundation. According to the waterproof construction method, waterproof construction work of the frame column is carried out, the waterproof problem existing in the construction process can be effectively solved, and the method can be widely applied to the technical field of building engineering.
