The invention discloses a method for mounting a buried steel edge rubber waterstop. The method comprises the following steps that 1) the position and elevation of a longitudinal construction joint aredetermined, and a positioning bracket is mounted; 2) the bottom of the steel edge rubber waterstop is fixed by the positioning bracket; 3) a longitudinal fixing part is fixed to the upper steel edgeof the steel edge rubber waterstop; 4) the top of the steel edge rubber waterstop is fixed by a top positioning part by binding the longitudinal fixing part; 5) lower concrete is poured to the construction joint; and 6) the longitudinal fixing part (3) is demounted, and upper concrete is poured. According to the method, holes are symmetrically punched in the lower steel edge of the steel edge rubber waterstop, the bottom and the top of the steel edge rubber waterstop are fixed to the positioning bracket and the top positioning part correspondingly through binding wires, the two ends of the toppositioning part and the two ends of the bottom positioning bracket are welded to structure downstream face main ribs firmly and stably, and it can be guaranteed that the whole steel edge rubber waterstop is flat and smooth and is positioned in the center; and before the upper concrete is poured, the longitudinal fixing part is demounted, and the economic benefit that the construction joint is waterproof can be guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种中埋式钢边橡胶止水带的安装方法，包括如下步骤：1）确定纵向施工缝位置和标高，并安装定位托架；2）定位托架固定钢边橡胶止水带底部；3）纵向固定件固定于钢边橡胶止水带上钢边；4）顶部定位件通过绑扎纵向固定件固定钢边橡胶止水带顶部；5）浇筑下部混凝土至施工缝处；6）拆除纵向固定件（3），浇筑上部混凝土。本发明在钢边橡胶止水带上下钢边对称打孔，通过扎丝使钢边橡胶止水带的底部和顶部分别固定在定位托架和顶部定位件上，顶部定位件和底部定位托架两端均焊接在结构背水面主筋上，牢固稳定，可保证整个钢边橡胶止水带平整、顺直，居中定位，在浇筑上部混凝土前，将纵向固定件拆除，可保证施工缝防水的经济效益。
