Waterborne building reinforced concrete anti-corrosion device and construction method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of reinforced concrete corrosion prevention, in particular to a waterborne building reinforced concrete anti-corrosion device and a construction method thereof. The device comprises a connecting piece, a protective piece and an electromagnetic induction device; the connecting piece is electrically connected with a plurality of reinforced concrete members in series; the protective piece is arranged in a water body near a building and is in conduction connection with the reinforced concrete members; and the electromagnetic induction device is providedwith an anode end and a cathode end, the cathode end is electrically connected with the reinforced concrete members, and the anode end is connected with a graphite rod arranged in the water body. According to the device, the protective piece, the electromagnetic induction device and the graphite rod respectively form a primary battery and an electrolytic cell with the reinforced concrete members,the reinforced concrete members are protected from the corrosion principle of the reinforced concrete members, the corrosion protection effect is long, the effect is good, the underwater reinforced concrete members are protected by wind energy, the device is clean, green and environmentally friendly, the consumption of the protective piece can be greatly reduced, and the protection cost is reduced.
本发明涉及钢筋混凝土防腐蚀技术领域,尤其涉及一种水上建筑钢筋混凝土防腐蚀装置及其施工方法。包括连接件、防护件和电磁感应装置;所述连接件与多根钢筋混凝土构件电性串通连接;所述防护件设置在建筑物附近的水体中,并与所述钢筋混凝土构件导通连接;所述电磁感应装置设置有阳极端和阴极端,所述阴极端与所述钢筋混凝土构件电性连接,所述阳极端连接设置在水体中的石墨棒。本发明通过防护件、电磁感应装置、石墨棒分别与钢筋混凝土构件组成原电池和电解池,从钢筋混凝土构件的腐蚀原理上保护钢筋混凝土构件,防腐蚀的时效长,效果好,利用风能来保护水下钢筋混凝土构件,清洁绿色环保,并且可大大降低防护件的消耗,降低了防护成本。
