The invention relates to the technical field of deviation detection of foundation pit enclosure structures, in particular to a horizontal displacement monitoring and warning system for a foundation pit enclosure structure. The horizontal displacement monitoring and warning system mainly comprises a shell, a solar cell panel, a solar cell, an infrared displacement monitor, a warning information transmitter, an intelligent warning device and a buzzer warning device.
