The invention relates to a sponge city rainwater flow-diverting drainage device. The device comprises a rainwater drainage barrel, a liquid accumulating barrel and a leakage box, wherein a cavity forallowing rainwater to pass through is formed in the rainwater drainage barrel, a water passing plate is arranged at the top of the rainwater drainage barrel, a plurality of rainwater leaking holes areformed in the water passing plate, a first drainage port is formed in the bottom of the rainwater drainage barrel, the liquid accumulating barrel is arranged in the cavity of the rainwater drainage barrel and is further connected with the water passing plate through a rainwater collecting hopper, a first water outlet communicating with the liquid accumulating barrel is formed in the bottom of therain collecting hopper, the leakage box communicates with the liquid accumulating barrel through a guide pipe, one end of the guide pipe communicates with the liquid accumulating barrel, the other end of the guide pipe penetrates through the side wall of the rainwater drainage barrel to communicate with the leakage box, and a second drainage port used for draining rainwater to the underground isfurther formed in the leakage box. According to the device, the rainwater can be collected, and the rainwater can be automatically supplemented to the underground, so that ground subsidence is prevented, and a blocking device arranged in the drainage device can also prevent the problem of rainwater backflow.
