According tothe technical scheme, the construction structure of the large-section steel-reinforced concrete column and the beam node comprises a steel skeleton group and a beam steel bar group which are of column structures, wherein the steel skeleton group is cross-shaped; two welded plates are arranged at the connecting part of the steel skeleton group and the beam steel bar group in parallel, and respectively correspond to the upper edge and lower edge of the beam steel bar group; through holes are reserved in the middle parts of the welded plates; a plurality of sleeves are horizontally arranged on the upper surface and lower surface of the bodies of the welded plates; the sleeves are fixedly connected to the welded plates; and threads corresponding to the steel bars of the beam steel bar group are arranged inside the sleeves. The construction structure and method have the beneficial effects that the welded plates and the sleeves are combined according to the technical scheme, and T-shaped steel is used as the steel skeleton group, and thus, the problem of the penetration of longitudinal main bars of the beam is solved; the penetration of the column beam structure can be realized withoutpunching on a web plate; and compared with the traditional process, the construction structure and method have lower requirements for steel blanking and are not prone to cause wasting in addition to the simple process.
