The invention discloses a foldable sunlight room. The foldable sunlight room comprises a base plate and a roofing structure; foldable side plates are rotationally connected to the left side and the right side of the base plate; the foldable side plates comprise upper support plates and lower support plates joined with each other; the upper ends of the upper support plates are hinged with the ground of the roofing structure; the lower ends of the lower support plates are hinged with the upper end of the base plate; the front side and the back side of the base plate are joined with a front sideplate and a back side plate; the roofing structure comprises a roofing frame; a light transmission hole is formed in middle of the roofing frame; winding and unwinding mechanisms are arranged at the two ends of the roofing frame; and films are connected between the two winding and unwinding mechanisms. The films are driven to move through two winding mechanisms to switch transparent areas and light shielding areas of the films, or existing transparent areas and the light shielding areas cover the light transmission hole to control the intensity of sunlight entering the room, so that usage scenarios are various and more humanized.
