The invention discloses a fabricated concrete shear wall. The fabricated concrete shear wall includes an upper shear wall section and a lower shear wall section, a connection end face coaming is arranged at the connection between the lower part of the upper shear wall section and the upper part of the lower shear wall section, connecting thick steel bars are arranged in the positions, close to thetwo sides, of the bottom surface of the upper shear wall section respectively, sleeves are arranged in the positions, close to the two sides, of the top surface of the lower shear wall section respectively, and the connecting thick steel bars are inserted into the sleeves. The invention further provides a connection method of the fabricated concrete shear wall. A technology of connecting the thick steel bars in an insertion mode at the two ends is adopted, the pressure grouting process can be canceled, the manufacturing process of the sleeves is simplified, the construction speed of shear wall connection is accelerated, and the construction quality can be effectively ensured.
