The invention discloses a decorative curtain wall and a mounting method thereof. The decorative curtain wall comprises a decorative curtain wall comprises a curtain wall body and a mounting body; thecurtain wall body is provided with a base plate, a fire preventing plate, a heat insulating plate, a vacuum plate and a reinforcing plate; one side end of the base plate is connected with the fire preventing plate; a chute is formed in the end surface of the other side, far away from the fire preventing plate, of the base plate; the heat insulating plate is placed between the fire preventing plateand the vacuum plate, and comprises a heat insulating inner core layer and an outer core layer; the heat insulating inner core layer is filled with heat insulating filler; the outer core layer wrapsoutside the heat insulating inner core layer; a vacuum cavity is formed in the vacuum plate; the outside end of the vacuum plate is connected with the reinforcing plate; reinforcing columns are arranged in the cavity of the reinforcing plate; and the space between adjacent two reinforcing columns is filled with a sound absorbing material. The decorative curtain wall plate provided by the inventionhas good fire prevention and heat insulation effects; a bolt hole cannot be remained in the curtain wall plate after the curtain wall is fixed to a wall body; in such a manner, the original aestheticdegree of the decorative plate can be ensured; and moreover, the mounting is more convenient.
