Prestress prefabricated floor slab, both-way prestress prefabricated floor slab and manufacturing method
The invention provides a prestress prefabricated floor slab. A prefabricated slab body and a first prestress steel bar extending in the first direction of the prefabricated slab body are included. A hole way penetrating through the prefabricated slab body is arranged on the prefabricated slab body in the second direction and is suitable for containing a second prestress steel bar. The invention further provides a both-way prestress prefabricated floor slab comprising the prestress prefabricated floor slab and a manufacturing method of the both-way prestress prefabricated floor slab comprisingthe prestress prefabricated floor slab. The second prestress steel bar is used for penetrating through hole ways of a plurality of prestress prefabricated floor slabs, the multiple prestress prefabricated floor slabs are connected in series, then the both-way prestress floor slab can be achieved by applying tension to the second prestress steel bar and fixing the second prestress steel bar and themultiple prestress prefabricated floor slabs, the work procedure of the both-way prestress floor slab is simplified, operation difficulty is lowered, and the floor slab stress state is improved.
