Outward-extending type pipeline support and construction method thereof
The invention discloses an outward-extending type pipeline support and a construction method thereof, and relates to the technical field of building electromechanical mounting engineering. The outward-extending type pipeline support and the construction method thereof aim at solving the problems that a decorative surface layer and an outer heat preservation layer are damaged by an existing mounting mode of a building outer wall rainwater pipe, and the construction quality cannot be guaranteed. The outward-extending type pipeline support comprises a pair of supporting frames, sliding grooves and hoop connecting pieces, wherein one of the ends of the supporting frames is embedded in a prefabricated concrete outer wall, and the other one of the ends of the supporting frames extends out of theprefabricated concrete outer wall; the sliding grooves are transversely and fixedly connected to the extending ends of the supporting frames; and the hoop connecting pieces are buckled in the slidinggrooves. In the concrete pouring stage of the prefabricated concrete outer wall, the embedded ends of the supporting frames are embedded in advance, so that the outward-extending type pipeline support is anchored to the prefabricated concrete outer wall; after the building outer wall is spliced and constructed on site, a pipeline sleeved with a hoop is connected to the hoop connecting pieces; dueto the fact that the sliding grooves serving as hoop supports are anchored to the prefabricated concrete wall in an embedded mode, the concrete wall, the outer heat preservation layer and the decorative surface layer cannot be damaged, and the mounting quality of the outer wall pipeline is guaranteed.
本发明的一种外伸式管道支架及其施工方法，涉及建筑机电安装工程技术领域。针对现有建筑外墙雨水管的安装方式破坏了装饰面层和外保温层，不能保证施工质量的问题。它包括一端埋设于预制混凝土外墙内而另一端延伸至预制混凝土外墙外的一对支撑架，横向固接于支撑架延伸端的滑槽，及卡扣于滑槽的抱箍连接件；在预制混凝土外墙的混凝土浇筑阶段，预先埋设支撑架预埋端使得外伸式管道支架锚固于预制混凝土外墙，建筑外墙现场拼接施工完成后，将套设有抱箍的管道连接于抱箍连接件，由于作为抱箍支座的滑槽通过预埋的方式锚固于预制混凝土墙体，因而不会对混凝土墙体、外保温层和装饰面层造成破坏，保证了外墙管道的安装质量。
