Detachable circulation high-altitude large cantilever formwork and construction method thereof
The invention provides a detachable circulation high-altitude large cantilever formwork. The detachable circulation high-altitude large cantilever formwork comprises a shear wall, wherein a pluralityof cantilever main beams are arranged on the outer side of the shear wall, a vertical first end plate is welded and fixed to the inner end of each cantilever main beam, and the first end plates are fixed on the shear wall through bolt assemblies; the lower side of each cantilever main beam is provided with a diagonal bracing beam and an oblique connecting beam, a first rib plate is welded and fixed to the lower end face, close to the outer end, of each cantilever main beam, a first connecting plate obliquely arranged is arranged on each first rib plate in an bend mode, the first connecting plates are fixedly connected with the lower ends of the diagonal bracing beams through the bolt assemblies, vertical second end plates are welded to the lower ends of the diagonal bracing beams, and thesecond end plates are fixed to the shear wall through the bolt assemblies. The assembly type framework is adopted, each assembly type framework can be assembled on the ground through the bolt assemblies, an assembled cantilever formwork can be installed on the shear wall of a high-rise in a hoisting mode, and installation of the cantilever formwork can be conveniently achieved; and the subsequentcantilever formwork can be integrally disassembled, and can be reinstalled in other high-rise buildings in a hoisting mode.
