The invention provides a sealing mold plate supporting device on a constructional column. The sealing mold plate supporting device on the constructional column comprises a sealing mold plate, a fixedframe, a constructional column sealing mold plate, a nail and a screw pressure rod; the constructional column sealing mold plate is arranged on the side surface of a constructional column to be poured; the sealing mold plate is rotatably arranged on the inner side of an inclined surface of the fixed frame; and the screw pressure rod is matched with the nut. The invention also provides a supportingmethod for the device. The method comprises the following steps of separating the sealing mold plate from the constructional column sealing mold plate before a constructional column mold plate is prefabricated, and fixing the fixed frame to the constructional column sealing mold plate by using the nail; then, forming concrete into an open type inclined ladder through the sealing mold plate and the fixed frame, enabling the concrete to flow into the constructional column, and vibrating in layers; and after the vibrating is completed, pushing the sealing mold plate to the gap of the constructional column mold plate to block the gap by using the screw pressure rod. The molding quality of the concrete poured by a bell mouth method is ensured; the concrete at a bell mouth is prevented from being cut off secondarily; and one-time molding is realized.
本发明提供一种构造柱上封口模板支撑装置，包括封口模板、固定架、螺母、封构造柱模板、钉子以及螺旋压力杆；封构造柱模板设置在待浇筑构造柱的侧面，封口模板可旋转地设置在固定架的斜面内侧，螺旋压力杆与螺母配合。本发明还提供一种上述装置的支撑方法，构造柱模板预制前，将所述封口模板从所述封构造柱模板上分离出来，用所述钉子将所述固定架固定至所述封构造柱模板上；接下来，将混凝土通过所述封口模板和所述固定架形成开放式斜梯，流入构造柱，分层振捣；振捣完毕后，用所述螺旋压力杆将所述封口模板推至所述构造柱模板缺口处，封堵所述缺口。保证使用喇叭口方法浇筑砼成型的质量，其次可避免后期二次切除喇叭口砼，实现一次成型。
