The invention relates to a construction method for quickly connecting prefabricated concrete components. The construction method comprises the following steps of 1, pre-construction preparation; 2, piling preparation of a separation wall; 3, placement of the concrete components; 4, movement of a positioning mechanism; 5, position adjustment of a base; and 6, integral piling of the separation wall,wherein the positioning mechanism comprises a positioning sliding block, a positioning connecting plate, a positioning guide plate, a position correcting body and a position correcting spring. According to the construction method, the problems that in the prior art of manual piling-up, the concrete components, caused by inaccurate alignment, are damaged during the inserting process due to the fact that the concrete components have certain weight and that the well piled-up concrete components always need to be aligned can be solved, and the concrete components can be neatly arranged along thewell piled-up concrete components or a wall base.
本发明涉及一种预制混凝土构件快速连接的施工方法,包括以下步骤:S1、施工前准备;S2、隔离墙堆砌准备;S3、混凝土构件放置;S4、定位机构移动;S5、底座位置调节;S6、隔离墙整体堆砌;所述的定位机构包括定位滑块、定位连板、定位导板、正位体和正位弹簧。本发明可以解决现有人工对混凝土构件进行堆砌时存在的:工对混凝土构件对位不准确,因混凝土构件有一定重量,从而造成混凝土构件在插接时因对位不准确造成混凝土构件的损坏;人工对混凝土构件进行砌筑时需要经常对砌筑好的混凝土构件进行矫正,使得混凝土构件能够沿着砌筑好的混凝土构件或者墙基进行整齐排放。
