Prefabricated column positioning device and installing method
The invention provides a prefabricated column positioning device. The prefabricated column positioning device comprises universal wheels and a base connecting steel plate, the universal wheels are installed at the lower part of the base connecting steel plate, through holes are formed in the base connecting steel plate, positioning rods capable of being inserted into the ground are arranged in thethrough holes correspondingly, a frame connecting steel plate is arranged at the front end of the base connecting steel plate, and handrails are arranged at the rear end and the left and right portions of the base connecting steel plate; and a frame is arranged further, the frame is composed of a left frame body and a right frame body, the left frame body and the right frame body are connected with the frame connecting plate, and the left frame body and the right frame body are engaged in an aligned mode to buckle a prefabricated column for connecting with steel pins. The invention further provides an installing method of the prefabricated column positioning device, the prefabricated column is put into a cup hole for being suspended, the prefabricated column is surrounded with the frame so as to fix the prefabricated column and the positioning device with the steel pins, and the trolleys on both sides are pushed to align the prefabricated column and a foundation pit; and finally, thepositioning rods are inserted into the ground positioning positions by penetrating through the base connecting steel plate, and a grouting material is filled. According to the prefabricated column positioning device, the integrity is high, the operation is convenient, the costs are low, the installation efficiency can be improved greatly, and meanwhile, the costs can be saved.
本发明提供了一种预制柱定位装置，包括万向轮和底座连接钢板，万向轮安装在底座连接钢板下部，底座连接钢板上设通孔，通孔中设能够插入地面定位棒；底座连接钢板前端设框架连接钢板，后端及左右设扶手；还设有框架，该框架由左框体、右框体组成；左框体、右框体分别与一框架连接板连接；左框体、右框体对合扣住预制柱后以钢销相连。还提供了利用上述预制柱定位装置的预制柱安装方法，预制柱放入杯口悬空，用框架围住预制柱以钢销将预制柱与定位装置固定；推动两边的小车，使预制柱与基坑对正；最后定位棒穿过底座连接钢板插入地面固定位置，填入灌浆料。本发明整体性强，操作方便，成本低，可较大的提高安装效率，同时可节约成本。
