The invention discloses a three-dimensional parking garage and an application method thereof. The three-dimensional parking garage comprises a ground, a parking board, mounting racks, a rotating shaft, a fixing rod, a connecting shaft, a sleeve, a parking bin, annular plates, a fixing plate, a driving gear, a speed reducer, an annular rack, a driving belt wheel, a driving motor, a lifting mechanism, a placing plate, a limiting plate, a base plate, a mounting plate, a power mechanism, a stabilizing plate, a belt, a truss and a driven belt wheel; the top of the ground is provided with a placinggroove; the parts, positioned at the two sides of the placing groove, of the top of the ground are both symmetrically provided with fixing grooves; the mounting racks are symmetrically installed abovethe ground; and the annular plates are symmetrically arranged above the ground. According to the three-dimensional parking garage disclosed by the invention, the speed reducer is used for regulatingthe rotating speed of the driving motor and then the driving gear is driven to rotate so that the driving gear is engaged with the annular rack, and therefore position changes of the parking bin are regulated so that a vehicle does not affect the parking of another vehicle, thus saving the space occupied by parking the vehicle.
