Top cabin lock for armored vehicle
The invention discloses a top cabin lock for an armored vehicle, and aims to provide a top cabin lock which is simple to operate, reliable to lock and high in bearing capacity. The technical scheme isimplemented as follows: in a naturally locked state, a spring bolt stretches out, a switch pressing claw is perpendicular to the telescopic direction of the spring bolt clings to a bottom ring at theinner side of a rectangular ring, and the spring bolt stays at a natural locking position, in an unlocking state, a top cabin door is closed and a lifting handle is loosened, the spring bolt extendsout by means of elastic force of a reset spring and is rebounded into a lock shell seat body and top cabin door side body locking head holes, a positioning ring is abutted against an elastic positioning pin in a backward [pi]-shaped guide box cover through a positioning neck in the circumference to achieve self-locking, a locking head inclined surface on the spring bolt is interlocked with the endface of the corresponding top cabin door side body locking head hole, the lifting handle drives the positioning ring and the switch pressing claw to rotate clockwise or anticlockwise through a rectangular lock shaft, controls the elastic positioning pin to restrain or separate from the locking neck of the positioning ring and controls the corner cut of the inner side of the rectangular ring to restrain or separate from the switch pressing claw.
本发明公开的一种装甲车用顶舱锁,旨在提供一种操作简单、闭锁可靠,承载能力大的顶舱锁。本发明通过下述技术方案实现:在自然闭锁状态下,锁舌伸出,开关压爪相对于锁舌伸缩方向垂直,并紧贴在矩形环内侧底环上,锁舌停留在自然闭锁位置,在开锁状态实现顶舱门关闭松开提手把后,锁舌借助复位弹簧的弹性力伸出,弹回锁壳座体与顶舱门侧体锁头孔内,定位环通过圆周上定位卡槽与后向π形导向盒罩中的弹性定位针对顶实现自锁,形成锁舌上的锁头斜面与对应顶舱门侧体锁头孔的端面形成互锁,提手把通过矩形锁轴带动定位环和开关压爪一起作顺时针或反时针转动,控制弹性定位针对定位环闭锁卡槽的约束或分离和矩形环内侧切角面对开关压爪的约束或分离。
