The invention provides a safe folding casement window. The safe folding casement window comprises a window frame which is integrally installed on a building. First hinges are installed on a vertical frame body of the window frame, and rotating shafts of the first hinges are arranged in the vertical direction. An overturning window is installed on the other halves of the first hinges and is flatlyopened indoors along the rotating shafts of the first hinges. Second hinges are connected to the part, on the other side of the overturning window, of the vertical window body, and rotating shafts ofthe second hinges are arranged in the vertical direction. A folding window is installed on the other halves of the second hinges and is flatly opened indoors along the rotating shafts of the second hinges, and when the overturning window is opened to a limiting position, the folding window can rotate along the rotating shafts of the second hinges to be attached to the inner side wall of the building. A handle is installed on the folding window, and rotation of the handle is controlled to control opening and closing of a window lock. The safe folding casement window does not occupy extra indoorarea when being opened, and is safe and resistant to collisions, and the glass facing outside is convenient to clean.
