The invention provides a sliding door structure of an environmental test chamber. The sliding door structure comprises a door plate, a suspension type guide structure and a lower guide structure, wherein the suspension type guide structure comprises a hanging rail, a suspension wheel set and a door plate displacement driving device; the hanging rail comprises two rail structures; each rail structure comprises a strip-shaped suspension sheet; one end of each strip-shaped suspension sheet is bent; the sliding door structure further comprises an upper guide groove which is formed in each strip-shaped suspension sheet; the suspension wheel set is arranged in the rail structures in a sliding manner and comprises an upper guide wheel set and a lower fixed seat; the upper guide wheel set is in rolling contact with the strip-shaped suspension sheets; the lower fixed seat is fixed above the door plate; the door plate displacement driving device is in transmission connection with the door plateand is used for driving the door plate to move horizontally; the lower guide structure comprises a guide rod and a lower guide groove; the lower guide groove is arranged relative to the lower side ofthe door plate; the guide rod is fixedly arranged below the door plate and the lower end of the guide rod stretches into the lower guide groove. The sliding door structure has better guidance qualityin a door plate opening and closing process and has relatively high sealing performance. The door plate is automatically opened and closed, so that the test efficiency is improved and the whole reliability is enhanced.
