PU/Si3N4 electret nanofiber anti-haze window screen and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a PU/Si3N4 electret nanofiber anti-haze window screen and a preparation method thereof. DMF/THF(1:1) is adopted as a solvent, the solvent and Si3N4 electret nano partilces areblended and prepared into a spinning precursor solution under the condition of ultrasonic dispersion, and then PU is added to be prepared into a spinning solution; and by means of an electrostatic spinning method, PU/Si3N4 electret nanofibers are spun on high-mesh dacron non-woven fabrics, then the high-mesh dacron non-woven fabrics and PP melt-blown non-woven fabrics are subjected to an ultrasonic bonding process, and raw materials for the anti-haze window screen are obtained. The composite material has a filtering effect reaching up to 85%, the filtering performance is excellent, the flow resistance is low, the air permeability is good, and the light transmission performance is good. The average diameter of the PU/Si3N4 electret nanofibers prepared through electrostatic spinning is about150 nm, the strength is high, the filtering effect is good, and the PU/Si3N4 electret nanofibers can be attached to the macromolecular non-woven fabrics easily. The whole material is simple in preparation process, convenient to operate and capable of being produced in batches. A new thought is provided for the field of haze air filtering.
本发明公开了一种PU/SiN驻极纳米纤维防雾霾窗纱及其制备方法。以DMF/THF(1:1)作为溶剂,在超声分散条件下与SiN驻极纳米粒子共混配成纺丝前驱液,然后再加入PU配置成纺丝液,通过静电纺丝的方法,将PU/SiN驻极纳米纤维纺制到黑色高目数的涤纶无纺布上,而后与PP熔喷无纺布经过超声波粘合工艺,获得防雾霾纱窗所用原料。该复合材料具有高达85%的过滤效果,不仅过滤性能优良,流阻低,透气性好而且透光性好。通过静电纺丝制备PU/SiN驻极纳米纤维平均直径在150nm左右,强度高、过滤效果好,容易与高分子无纺布贴服。整个材料的制备流程简单,操作方便,可批量化生产。这给雾霾空气过滤领域提供了一种新思路。
