The invention provides a rotary drilling diameter-expanding drill bit. The rotary drilling diameter-expanding drill bit comprises an upper structure and a lower structure. A connecting part is arranged on the upper part of the upper structure, and a center shaft sleeve on the lower part of the upper structure is connected with a center shaft sleeve of the lower structure in a sleeving mode; a pressure spring is arranged in hollow parts of the sleeves, the side part of the upper structure is hinged to the end part of an upper connecting rod, and the other end of the upper connecting rod is hinged to a toothholder; the side part of the lower structure is hinged to the end part of a lower connecting rod, the other end of the lower connecting rod is hinged to the toothholder; and a plurality of drilling teeth are arranged on the outer side of the toothholder. According to the rotary drilling diameter-expanding drill bit, the drill bit can reach the bottom of a pile hole, a reaming mechanism on the side surface is opened to perform rotary excavating on the side wall of the pile hole, and the pile hole is subjected to diameter-expanding and is in a cylindrical state; and during the construction of a complex foundation pile hole prone to collapse, a steel casing can trace the rotary excavating bit in the whole course a into the depth of the pile hole to prevent the pile hole from collapsing through the rotary drilling diameter-expanding drill bit.
