The invention discloses an ecological power generation system based on reservoir dam discharge, which comprises a unit platform, a water-turbine generator set, a water diversion device, a workshop anda tail water pool, wherein the reservoir dam discharge flow is guided into the water-turbine generator set through the water diversion device, and the tail water pool is communicated with a water outlet of the water-turbine generator set; the water-turbine generator set adopts integrated design, vertical double-fulcrum arrangement, an integral structure, integral transportation and integral hoisting, a movable guide vane and a speed regulator of the water-turbine generator set are canceled, the generator adopts asynchronous frequency conversion design, the water-turbine generator set realizesstart-stop control through an adjustable water inlet valve, and electricity is output through a frequency converter; bearings of the water-turbine generator set are cooled in an external circulationmode, share one lubricating station and are arranged beside the water-turbine generator set, and cooling water can be directly supplied by a volute. Compared with a conventional hydropower station, the design is extremely simplified, the system is effective and feasible, and the purposes of effective utilization of ecological flow, low-cost development and low-cost operation are achieved.
