The reservation parking management method comprises the steps that: to-be-parked position information of a vehicle is acquired, a corresponding preset TOF device is controlled to conduct license plate recognition on the vehicle according to the to-be-parked position information to obtain a license plate recognition result, wherein the TOF device comprises a TOF laser radar detector and a rotary camera; a lifting result of a parking space ground lock is determined according to the license plate recognition result, and actual parking time information of the vehicle is obtained according to the lifting result of the parking space ground lock and the TOF device; and parking fees are calculated according to the actual parking time information. The technical problem that in the prior art, reservation parking is difficult to manage effectively and thus user experience is affected is solved.
