The present invention relates to a municipal engineering greenbelt irrigation system, belongs to the technical field of irrigation systems, and aims to solve a problem that spray heads are easy to block. Technical points are as follows: the municipal engineering greenbelt irrigation system comprises a base seat, a rack arranged on the base seat, a rainwater collecting mechanism arranged on one side of the base seat, a water storage mechanism arranged on the base seat for storing rainwater and a spraying mechanism arranged on the base seat; and the water storage mechanism comprises a water storage tank, a stirring component arranged in the water storage tank and a driving component arranged on the rack to drive the stirring component to rotate; and wherein a medicine adding opening is arranged at a top part or one side of the water storage tank. By reducing possibility of algae in a water storage chamber, a problem that the existing spray heads are easy to block is reduced.
