Method for preparing alpha-semi-hydrated gypsum by using chemical gypsum and alpha-semi-hydrated gypsum prepared thereby
The invention relates to a method for preparing alpha-semi-hydrated gypsum from chemical gypsum and alpha-semi-hydrated gypsum prepared thereby. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 39-60% of chemical gypsum, 10-22% of alpha-semi-hydrated gypsum, 0-5% of quick lime and/or slaked lime and 30-38% of water; adding quick lime or slaked lime into the chemical gypsum, uniformly stirring, aging for 3-5 days to obtain pretreated chemical gypsum; uniformly mixing the pretreated chemical gypsum, alpha-semi-hydrated gypsum and water, pouring the mixture into a mold, standing, and solidifying to obtain a gypsum block, demolding to obtain a gypsum block to be autoclaved; stacking the obtained gypsum blocks to be autoclaved,carrying out high-temperature autoclaving for 2-10 hours at a temperature of 135-165 DEG C; drying autoclaved gypsum blocks in hot air with a temperature of 80-100 DEG C, and grinding dried gypsum blocks to obtain the product namely alpha-semi-hydrated gypsum. Based on the method, a large amount of chemical gypsum can be consumed, alpha-semi-hydrated gypsum is prepared, the preparation process isenergy saving and environment friendly, and the prepared alpha-semi-hydrated gypsum is high in strength.
本发明涉及一种利用化学石膏制备α‑半水石膏的方法及由其制备得到的α‑半水石膏,制备方法包括如下步骤:准备如下重量百分比的原料:化学石膏39‑60%,α‑半水石膏10~22%,生石灰和/或熟石灰0~5%,水30~38%;在化学石膏中加入生石灰或熟石灰,搅拌均匀,陈放3‑5天得到预处理化学石膏:将预处理化学石膏、α‑半水石膏和水拌和均匀后浇注模具中,静置凝固得到石膏块,脱模得到待蒸压石膏块;将得到的待蒸压石膏块堆码后在135~165℃下,高温蒸压2~10h;将蒸压处理后的石膏块在80~100℃的热空气下烘干、碾粉得到产物α‑半水石膏。基于本发明的方法,可用以大宗消耗化学石膏并制备得到α‑半水石膏,制备过程节能环保,制备得到的α‑半水石膏的强度高。
