The invention relates to a formula and a sintering process of a high-voltage insulator glaze, wherein the glaze comprises an inner-layer glaze and an outer-layer glaze, and the inner-layer glaze comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 18-35% of CsBrO3, 22-45% of RbNO3, 10-20% of Li4SiO4 and 2-5% of a high-temperature binder. According to the invention, the processed high-voltage insulator porcelain member glaze layer has the significantly reduced bubble content, and further has characteristics of excellent surface quality, severe environment resistance, mechanical strength,long service life and good use stability.
本发明涉及高压绝缘子釉料配方及烧结工艺,所述釉料包括里层釉料和外层釉料;所述内层釉料配方包括:CsBrO:18%‑35%,RbNO:22%‑45%,LiSiO:10%‑20%,高温粘结剂2%‑5%;加工出的高压绝缘子瓷件釉层气泡含量显著降低,具有优良的表面质量、抗恶劣环境能力、机械强度,拥有较长的使用寿命和更好的使用稳定性。
