The invention relates to polymer composite cement-based grinding stone slurry, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-50% of cement, 3-15% of first-grade fly ash, 30-75% ofgraded aggregate, 1.5-5% of an expanding agent, 0.5-3% of polypropylene fiber, 0.5-3% of rubber powder, 0.13-0.8% of a retarder, 0.1-1% of an accelerant, 0.1-0.6% of a water reducing agent and 0.15-0.8% of a defoaming agent. According to the invention, by compounding the cement disclosed by the invention, various polymers and various additives, large-area subdivision (70 m<2>) can be realized, the shrinkage is less than 0.02%, hollowing and cracking are not easy to occur, the stone jumping phenomenon is avoided, the strength is higher than 30 Mpa, and the scratch resistance is good.
本发明涉及一种聚合物复合水泥基磨石浆料,其特征在于:包括如下重量份数的原料:水泥10~50%、一级粉煤灰3~15%、级配骨料30~75%、膨胀剂1.5‑5%、聚丙烯纤维0.5‑3%、胶粉0.5‑3%、缓凝剂0.13‑0.8%、促进剂0.1‑1%、减水剂0.1‑0.6%、消泡剂0.15‑0.8%,采用本发明的水泥与多种聚合物及多种外加剂进行复配,能够做到大面积分割(70㎡),收缩小于0.2‰,不易空鼓开裂,无跳石现象,强度高于30Mpa,抗划伤性好。
