The invention relates to a cement-based antiskid coating material and a construction method thereof. The cement-based antiskid coating material comprises the following components in percentage by massbased on the total mass of the coating material: 40-45% of anti-crack cement, 0-5% of stone powder, 0.5-2.0% of silica fume, 45-50% of a wear-resistant aggregate, 0.5 to 1.0% of a pigment, 0.2 to 0.4% of a retarder, 0.02 to 0.05% of a water reducing agent, 1.0 to 2.0% of redispersible latex powder, 0.1 to 0.2% of a water retention thickening agent, 0.05 to 0.15% of an antifoaming agent, 0.1 to 0.3% of a strength promoter and 0.2 to 0.4% of a waterproof agent. The coating thickness of the cement-based antiskid coating material can be below 4mm, and the cement-based antiskid coating material ishigh in strength, namely relatively high in compressive and flexural strength and tensile bonding strength, small in size change rate and excellent in wear resistance, skid resistance and water resistance.
