Medical stone health-preserving glaze ceramic container and preparation process thereof
The invention relates to the fields of ceramics and manufacturing processes thereof, and relates to a medical stone health-preserving glaze ceramic container and a preparation process thereof. The glaze is characterized by being prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 20 to 40 parts of spodumene, 30 to 70 parts of lithium feldspar, 5 to 12 parts of montmorillonite, 3 to 8 partsof talcum, 3 to 10 parts of medical stone, 3 to 10 parts of negative oxygen ion ores, and 5 to 10 parts of calcium. A blank of a blank body is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 30 to 40 parts of quartz, 40 to 50 parts of feldspar, 5 to 8 parts of kaolin, 2 to 3 parts of phosphate ores, and 5 to 10 parts of Guiyang stone. Various glazes with different colors can be obtainedby adding various pigments into the glaze formula, after weakly acidic water is placed in the container for about 10 minutes, weakly acidic water is converted into weakly alkaline water, active water, and micromolecular water, the metabolism is promoted; the tea dissolving performance is stronger, and the tea can be brewed faster than common water.
