Fabricated composite beam bridge and construction method thereof
The invention relates to a fabricated composite beam bridge and a construction method thereof. The fabricated composite beam bridge comprises a bridge abutment, bridge piers and a beam body, the beambody comprises a pier top beam section set, a side beam section set and a mid-span beam section set which are arranged in the length direction of the bridge, and each beam section set comprises at least two corresponding beam sections arranged in the width direction of the bridge; or the beam body comprises a pier top beam section, a side beam section and a mid-span beam section which are arrangedin the length direction of the bridge; the middle of the pier top beam section is supported on the pier, and two ends overhang two sides of the pier; one end of the boundary beam section is fixedly supported on the abutment, and the other end is fixedly connected with the pier top beam section; the mid-span beam section is located between two adjacent piers, and the two ends of the mid-span beamsection are fixedly connected with the pier top beam sections respectively; the maximum value of the length of the beam section in each beam section is smaller than the maximum value of each span in the fabricated composite beam bridge, and compared with a bridge structure erected in a whole-hole mode in the prior art, the structural arrangement of the composite beam bridge can reduce the length of the beam sections, reduce the transportation difficulty of the beam sections and improve the stability in the beam section erecting process.
本发明涉及一种装配式组合梁桥及其施工方法。装配式组合梁桥包括桥台、桥墩和梁体,梁体包括沿桥长方向布置的墩顶梁段组、边梁段组和跨中梁段组,各梁段组均包括沿桥宽方向布置的至少两个相应梁段;或者梁体包括沿桥长方向布置的墩顶梁段、边梁段和跨中梁段;墩顶梁段中间支撑在桥墩上,两端悬伸在桥墩两侧;边梁段一端固定支撑在桥台上,另一端与墩顶梁段固定连接;跨中梁段位于相邻两个桥墩之间,其两端分别与墩顶梁段固定连接;各梁段中梁段长度的最大值小于装配式组合梁桥中各跨径中的最大值,与现有技术中整孔架设的桥梁结构相比,本发明组合梁桥的结构设置可减小梁段的长度,降低梁段的运输难度,提高梁段架设过程中的稳定性。
