The present invention discloses a bridge expansion joint positioning and shaping device. The device comprises a lower cross beam, a bearing portal frame and an upper cross beam, and the upper cross beam and the lower cross beam are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the bearing portal frame correspondingly; a pressing oil cylinder is arranged at the bottom of a transverse beam and located in the middle of the upper transverse beam, and a working table for containing S-shaped steel semi-finished products is arranged on the lower transverse beam. A plurality of shaping oil cylindersand a plurality of clamping oil cylinders are arranged on the two sides of the bearing portal frame in parallel correspondingly, and the shaping oil cylinders and the clamping oil cylinders are located on the same horizontal plane and are higher than the working table top. The pressing oil cylinders are positioned above the S-shaped steel semi-finished products; the upper surfaces and the lower surfaces of the S-shaped steel semi-finished products are flattened and shaped; piston rods of the clamping oil cylinders and the shaping oil cylinders are pressed on the two sides of the S-shaped steelsemi-finished products respectively and used for adjusting the straightness of the S-shaped steel semi-finished products, and the S-shaped bridge expansion joint positioning and shaping device is simple in structure, convenient to use, high in shaping precision, good in shaping effect, good in consistency, small in welding deformation, high in working efficiency and low in machining cost.
