The invention discloses a high-strength concrete pipe pile. The high-strength concrete pipe pile comprises an external pile and an internal pile; first slide ways are formed in the internal walls of the upper and lower ends of the external pile; a second slide way is formed in the internal wall of the side surface of the external pile; slide blocks are arranged at the upper and lower ends of the internal pile; the external pile is rotationally connected with the slide blocks on the internal pile through the first slide ways; an inner cavity is formed between the external pile and the internalpile; a shock absorbing device is arranged in the cavity; the shock absorbing device is fixed to the external surface of the internal pile; and the shock absorbing device is embedded into the second slide way. According to the high-strength concrete pipe pile, by rotating the internal pile and the external pile, the pressure between the internal pile and the external pile can be greatly reduced toachieve an effect of high strength; through a triangular supporting block in the shock absorbing device, the interaction force between the internal pile and the external pile can be reduced to enablethe pipe pile to be more stable so that the service life of the pipe pile can be greatly prolonged; and therefore, the safety of people can be guaranteed.
