Construction method for removing reinforced concrete cast-in-place pile body
The invention provides a construction method for removing a reinforced concrete cast-in-place pile body. Before a shield tunneling machine passes through, the following steps are carried out that a plurality of drilling positions are distributed on the end face of the pile body; holes are drilled in the drilling positions in the length direction of main ribs in the pile body for coring; and afterdrilling and coring of all the drilling positions, an impact drill is used for impacting the pile body, and concrete crushed slag of the pile body is removed. A coring drill is used for coring pretreatment of the pile body, the strength of the pile body is reduced after coring, then the pile body is directly crushed through the impact drill, the pile body is completed removed, and therefore underground space operation is facilitated; and the construction risk is reduced, the construction period is shortened, and the influence on surrounding buildings (structures) is reduced.
本发明提供了一种清除钢筋混凝土灌注桩桩体的施工方法,在盾构机穿越之前进行以下步骤:于桩体端面上布设多个钻孔位置;于所述钻孔位置处沿桩体内主筋的长度的方向钻孔取芯;对所有所述钻孔位置进行钻孔取芯后,采用冲击钻冲击桩体,并将所述桩体的混凝土碎渣清除。本发明通过取芯钻对桩体进行取芯预处理,取芯后降低了桩体的强度,再通过冲击钻直接将桩体破碎并将桩体完全清除,以方便地下空间作业;降低了施工风险、缩短了工期、降低了对周边建(构)筑物影响。
