According to the method, the traditional method of a post-pouring strip water-stopping steel sheet is cancelled by adopting the concrete doped with the composite waterproof agent, so that the hidden danger of waterleakage at the node of a post-pouring strip of the bottom plate is reduced, the engineering construction period is shortened, and the engineering cost is reduced.
