Prefabricated column joint connection structure and construction method
The invention provides a prefabricated column joint connection structure. The prefabricated column joint connection structure includes a first prefabricated column, a second prefabricated column and stirrups. The first end of the first prefabricated column and the second end of the second prefabricated column are opposite and arranged at a certain distance; and first prefabricated column steel bars protruding outward are arranged at the first end of the first prefabricated column; second prefabricated column steel bars protruding outward are arranged at the second end of the second prefabricated column. The first prefabricated column steel bars and the second prefabricated column steel bars are connected in a overlapped mode, and the stirrups are tied to the overlapped part; ultra-high performance concrete is poured between the first end of the first prefabricated column and the second end of the second prefabricated column; and the first prefabricated column steel bars and the secondprefabricated column steel bars are embedded in the ultra-high performance concrete to form integral connection. Compared with a joint connection structure of an existing solid prefabricated column, the prefabricated column joint connection structure is easy to observe during hoisting and can be hoisted quickly, and the quality of the grouting is easily guaranteed. Compared with an existing cavityprefabricated column joint connection structure, the prefabricated column joint connection structure does not require the use of special steel bar connection pieces, and the cost is lower.
本公开提供了一种预制柱节点连接结构,包括第一预制柱、第二预制柱以及箍筋。第一预制柱的第一端与第二预制柱的第二端相对并间隔一定距离设置;第一预制柱的第一端设有向外伸出的第一预制柱钢筋;第二预制柱的第二端设有向外伸出的第二预制柱钢筋。第一预制柱钢筋与第二预制柱钢筋搭接,箍筋绑扎在搭接部分;第一预制柱的第一端与第二预制柱的第二端之间浇筑有超高性能混凝土;第一预制柱钢筋与第二预制柱钢筋埋入到超高性能混凝土中形成整体连接。相对于现有实心预制柱的节点连接结构,本公开在吊装时便于观察,可快速吊装、灌浆质量易于保障。相对于现有的空腔预制柱节点连接结构,本公开不需要采用特制的钢筋连接件,成本更低。
